Myself, A victim I can relate to every woman’s horrible encounter.

On the other hand having men in my family and male friends very close to me that i have witnessed encounter retaliative girlfriend relationship, cry wolf rich/poor girls. Also,the next day I’m embarrassed about what happened last night women. Crying rape out of future reputation damage and god knows, what else they use as a reason.

This has brought America to look at revising the rape shield laws to reflect equal justice for both sides and impose jail time for who ever, uses RAPE as manipulative tool/weapon Etc.

America has over turned more fraudulent rape cases in this world than anyone, These cases should have never gone to court. The rape shield protects women- but in a world of manipulative and very creatively coniving women. It has become a very career-family recking ball and male bashing weapon for cunning women as a retaliation weapon and for this alone. YES I feel the law need to be revised. Sorry I have men in my life I don’t want to ever see falsely charged by. some crazy woman who can’t have them or her way.

Our courts are filled with rape cases, stemming from relationships, same sex, on the job , extra marital affairs, rich girl – poor guy, rich guy – poor girl and Just plain bad situations.

It’s truly frustrating to me today, after my encounter. Looking back how the Domestic Violence representative, police rape represenative and prosecutors. Sat me down and savvyly coached me through my complete ordeal of What and Not too say. So they could get an assured conviction. Even, if it meant fabricating just a little bit as they indicated, away from the truth. They were honestly not interested in detail to what really happened.

Only, Score a conviction, lock this guy up for life and YES this guy would have honestly deserved it. However, I was very young at that time and really didn’t take a good look at how evil our laws and the people that execute these laws are absolutely NUMB to true justice and the truth. Just a Rape Conviction” and at any cost.

I was told by a prosecutor that- the judge. we will be going before, her sister had been raped. So we’re guaranteed a conviction and that she is a hangman court for rape cases. OK, If this is not a conflict of prosecution “what the hell is” A Wrongfully accused man – would not stand a chance at proving his innocence in these court room traps, as many have Not.

I know women fought hard to get this law in place and it is needed. I know the women who fought for this the rape shield law did not anticipate the future women of America using there hard work as a blackmail tool, bad relationship enforcement and my favorite “Career Crusher – To Get a Check”. Like the one girl who recently accused the NFL player of rape and later admitted .She only did it to get a check.She got herself caught on tape! Have Americans not a clue, how many of these cases go unheard, because they were not NFL players with lawyers and private investigators money. WOW A LOT!

Now, Our prosecutors YES The heart of all conniving plans that take place in a court room and behind courtroom doors. These are the very in-humans, who are supposed to protect the innocent and they’ve taken an oath to do so. Prosecutors, would find evidence a man is innocent and still pursue a conviction. Prosecutors misconduct has NO watch dog or if SO, they’re asleep. Nothing happens with criminal due process without the prosecutors hand on it. They are today’s most crooked people on earth. The world of lawyers call them “Sports Attorney’s” The Michael Jordan’s of the justice world. They’re only interested in a conviction of any sort at any cost.

Prosecutors, daily prayer at coffee each morning is everyone must go to jail,Today. These in-Humans have to keep a high conviction % as do traffic officers and their good ole boy quota system or they won’t get bonuses at holiday’s or move up the ladder to bigger cases. Most of all, their colleagues, won’t respect them as The Dwayne Wade of The Courtroom. The coolest one I heard in Atlanta courts was an Atlanta female prosecutor, refer to herself as the “Michelle Wie” of the court room on female crimes.

This is not about justice anymore .It’s all politics and championships careers. Politicians are in favor of the rape shield for votes around election time. Politicians, who support this out dated rape shield are assured the Female Vote.

Governor Nathan Deal of Georgia is one of the only politicians I have seen challenge the rape shield for revision from it’s bias and unfair process. WOW! You  should have seen the fuss with women organizations. But, he could not get the senates men and women on Board.They feared loosing their female support and votes..

Every man is not a rapist and every woman didn’t get raped. Women, who’ve encountered this horrible act I can relate. I feel every man who has violated a women should PAY!

Yet, There are those men, who Do Not deserve the harsh penalty and life recking damage from a conniving woman. Who uses our police and court rooms to end mens life as a human being know it.

Obama and his Administration should be ashamed at how long they have waited too get involved with this GENOCIDE in Syria. America has waited until chemical weapons were used by the Syrian military on Syria’s civilians, fighting for they’re lives against a murderous government.

Now, I find the cause of this war NO different,than whats going on here in the U.S.  I hope civil war does not take shape here in America.

If our president does not step in and shut down our Nations “CORRUPT POLICE AND JUDICIARY COURT SYSTEMS” across America from setting free murderous “CHILD KILLING POLICE” !!

I fear this may cause a break in society and open season on innocent police .Due to corrupt “GONG HO” Police miss using their Gun and Badge. I do not feel, all police officers are bad.

Heres the thing !

The bad cops Over shadow, Out rank and Out number the good cops is why good cops fear bringing these mentally disturb – power hungry – fetish killing  MONSTERS to Justice.

The good ole boy club protects them in our court system, their primary cover up blanket Literally untouchable. Police vote “PROSECUTORS” in office. This needs to change to lift that weight and fear off good prosecutor, would stand up against bad cops presenting bad cases and pressuring prosecutors to cover up for these corrupt cops.

WHICH PRESIDENT CANDIDATE GETS YOUR VOTE AND “WHY”

Let’s discuss the presidential candidateS after the debate. Wow, first of all what a darn debate !

Theres really only two presidential candidates to discuss, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton they’re my prediction. Who this will boil down to.

The others, are doing as americans have seen over the decades and have had enough. Just stuck up, soft spoken without a pair; is why america has been loosing at the foreign ventures table. YES, We expect our president to send officials, over seas to bring business back to the U.S. Our officials tend go give our jobs away to overseas ventures for cheap labor. “Thanks to the financial support of big business’s and their lobbyist” on capital hill GOP!

The other candidates Jeb, Cruz, Rubio Etc..are merely pawns ,who got their wish of telling their grand kids .They ran for president (OK) sat down now LOL. 

Let’s Start with Hillary, She’s a veteran of the white house, government infrastructure and knows how the games is played on capital hill .

Hillary’s also prepared to give Women all the power of the world . That part, does not fly with “Power and Industry” the people who actually run the U.S. EXAMPLE: If georgia power and all other electric company’s decide to cut the power to the U.S. We’re in the dark. Believe me they hold this over Capitla Hills head, when they want a political favor.

Hillary’s other interest are good and helpful .But not striking at home with America as a whole. Where are hillery’s loyalty’s to bringing jobs back home from over seas. Revising our “out dated government policy’s” and corrupt judicial system.

Not once has hillary or any candidates showed concern, about americas biggest issue we’re facing. “Civil War” stemming from police killings of the innocent, all across America. Police have gone rouge and manipulating the courts prosecutors and judges to support their crimes. Kids are getting killed at random by police and the courts are helping police to cover these crimes up. This is no different than military crimes, when solders go off the reservation and kill up innocents LOL. But true.

We want a real life human being that understand Americans concerns and hears their voices. How can you understand. what americans are saying, when you’ve never been on the streets of America. Mr & Mrs Ivy League.

Donald, Trump weathered the hispanic racial smear campaign and at the end of the day. Americans love his performance at the Debate. Megan Kelly you blew it ! Using that ole female desrespect tactic.

America needs a business person to run The U.S. America is a business that all Americans are investing their savings, taxes, future and Life into. The ROI for americans is happiness, safety and a true opportunity at the American Dream, SUCCESS!

I honestly feel Americans want a ballsey/Arrogant turnkey businessman with a real mouth piece that will use his confidence and business expertise to bring back home America, that’s been sold to every country in the universe.

So, I set out to interview one of today’s rising artist and ask the “BIG ?” Why does recording artist use depicting gestures about women in there lyrics is it just to sell records or is this how they truly see women. Artist Wayne McCarthy “One Take” had an interesting answer to my question.
